All new clients must schedule a New Client Intake Consultation with Shaman Tish to ensure we are a good fit for each other and to determine each client's individual needs. During the consultation we will discuss your short and long-term spiritual goals, timeline, and how Neon Cashmere can assist you in reaching your personal benchmarks.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 3 hours before your session and we will be happy to assist you. Cancellations and reschedules less than 3 hours in advance will not be refunded. Zoom invites are automatically e-mailed at time of booking. Please contact NeonCashmere@gmail.com if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation. No refunds are issued for no shows. No refunds will be issued after the client has received their session/service. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, then please contact us at NeonCashmere@gmail.com within 24-hours of your completed session/service for remedy.
