Visualization and the Power of Thought

Everyone visualizes. However, very few people are conscious of their visualizations. Whether you call it visualizing, fantasizing, daydreaming, segment intending, or being in deep thought, etc. it is all the same. When you get “lost” in a book you are visualizing. When you are engrossed in a TV show, dance, or other activity, you are for all intents and purposes, IN that world. People fantasize about things, but they are so quick to negate themselves and the magnificent power of their thoughts even in the midst of the visualization. In negating the power of your thoughts you automatically cancel the manifestation of the thought in either the spiritual or physical realm.

Stop Negating Yourself

You may envision winning the lottery, buying the perfect forever home, retirement, going to Mars, adventures in far away lands, etc. But most times you immediately tell yourself that this isn’t real, this will never happen to me, these kinds of things only happen to other kinds of people, this is fantasy, etc. Or individuals will tell themselves “to get real” as if what is occurring in their mind isn’t real. Your thoughts are the realest thing you have. One of the most powerful gifts given to humans is sentient thought, but many overlook this as routine or run of the mill instead of a miracle. Unfortunately, humans get so accustomed to miracles that we no longer see them as miraculous.

Faith is all that is necessary to bring a visualization or thought to life - not proof of what has or hasn’t happened previously. Anything can happen - with or without a precedence for it beforehand. That is the power of thought. Thoughts create. The power to hold a thought in your mind for an extended amount of time - without negating it through other thoughts, patterns, or actions - requires extensive focus and practice because humans are trained to doubt ourselves and our inherent creation abilities from infancy. Babies and children under 7 get it. However, adults just train it out of children and gaslight them overtime until children forget their inherent power simply because we, as adults, have forgotten ours. However, anyone can slough off this mentality with time and practice. The more one practices visualization techniques the easier the exercises become and the more proof one has within that thoughts actually are things. One can create whatever at will through harnessing the power of thought through visualization.

What have you visualized today?

CREATE a great day!
